1. Voice Data Collection & AI Processing

JustConvince.me operates as a voice-to-voice AI simulation. By using our service, you explicitly consent to the recording, transmission, and processing of your voice data. Your audio input is processed in real-time by our third-party AI partners (including Vapi.ai and OpenAI) to generate dynamic responses.

2. Usage of Voice Data

We do not sell your voice data. Your audio is processed strictly for the purpose of the simulation and to generate your post-game "Psychological Profile." Audio clips may be temporarily stored on secure servers to facilitate the real-time interaction and are generally discarded after the session, unless required for diagnostic improvements, in which case they are anonymized.

3. Data Retention

We retain your profile scores and account data to provide you with your dashboard. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google for authentication and Creem.io for secure payment processing. We do not store your payment credentials on our servers.
